GREEN AND GRAY

Hola chickadees .....we are getting right to it today!

Green and gray.  After I spent all of my design smarts on putting together the family room of my project then I had to move right to the living room.  No time for jumping up and down with glee.....

I felt spent and did not think there was enough Ritalin in Georgia to help me focus on another large plan so soon.  

But as they say....there is no crying in design:)

My starting point:

The gray ceilings were definitely a factor. 

 

SW Repose Gray

The wood on the wall will be stained kind of a dark gray driftwood. 

 

We started with soft blues and greens [cause you know I am a fan] but lets push it people.....so I suggested  "How about gray and green"..... in my best sing songy sell it voice.

After a trip to ADAC I realized that I might have boxed myself into a corner....yikes.

I found gray and green fabrics of course but not too many with both colors that wasnt a floral.

I posted this on instagram on my first go....

I then decided to see what other green and gray rooms I could find.
