so much

so much

got lots of news...but just 2 little snippets for now...

firstly, i have just listed summersville on etsy, and it can be bought by clicking here! ive just heard from a lovely lady called joan with a shop in the states who said moda has sold out of all but 4 bolts...and it only went on sale a week ago in the states! im flabbergasted. and humbled and strangely moved. if youve bought some summersville, i thank you from the bottom of my heart. x

christine, ruth and colette concentrating hard!
an abundance of screen printed goodies laying out to dry
yesterday, i had a screen printing workshop in my studio for some of the members of the london modern quilt guild. it was masses of fun and despite being rather nervous to begin with, it went brilliantly. the ladies really got stuck in and went home armed with a little pot of ink and a little screen for creating their own quilt labels. it was fantastic to spend time with like minded people and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

judith was one of my giveaway
winners and she brought her summersville goodies to show me, gorgeous!
danielle showed me her AMAZING english paper
pieced miniature - this is tiny. those little squares are just a centimetre. OMG.

Not so great fungus among us!

Not so great fungus among us!

This is not really want you want to see INSIDE your living space...

Sort of looks like the Starship Enterprise, doesnt it...and it colonized the inside of my shed with millions of little white spores...

See, Im not making this up.
SO.  What to DO??  I need to make sure the door jamb is good and dry (good luck with THAT, it catches every splash from the roof when it rains) or kill off the spores, but I dont like poisons.

Any suggestions?
